1. COURSE ATTENDANCE/ PARTICIPATION POLICY
Regular attendance and participation are essential for learning and success in this course. Attendance is measured by your presence in the online course, as well as the submission of assessments or other assigned work. Hogans Consulting and Training has the right to drop a participant from the Revenue Cycle Billing Operations Course if the participant is absent for more than three (3) classes.
Attendance is not the same as participation. Simply logging in does not contribute to the class. In distance education courses you are required to participate just as if you were in a face-to-face course. This means that to get full credit for participation, you will have to complete your discussion assignments, lesson assignments, and quizzes on a timely basis. Consistent failure to participate in the class will result in being dropped from the course.
