COURSE DESCRIPTION
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This six (8) weeks course will teach you about the revenue cycle process. This course is designed to provide instruction with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver a high-quality online course. Successful participants will also be able to effectively engage techniques and technologies.

COURSE GOAL, OBJECTIVES, and STRUCTURE
This course is conducted entirely online. This is an eight (8) week, rigorous course that includes weekly participation and assignment requirements. Please plan to ensure you have the time to complete all the required course activities. This training is much more than "Blackboard training," as it includes elements of instructional design and strategies for building, developing, sequencing, and delivering online content.
Each participant will read parts of the Revenue Cycle Operations Medical Billing PATIENT REGISTRATION – The Ultimate Reimbursement textbook by Sherri Hogans, which is an eBook provided at no cost to participants enrolled in the Revenue Cycle Billing Operations Course. Participants are also required to participate in discussions, and complete learning activities designed to reinforce each topic. You will be required to log on and attend class, meet minimum standards for participation, and submit assignments. Communications will usually be asynchronous (not at the same time).
Hogans Consulting and Training has to right to drop a participant from the Revenue Cycle Billing Operations course if they are absent for more than three (3) classes. If a participant is dropped from the Revenue Cycle Operations Billing course, they will not receive a refund as the course is non-refundable. Dropped participants will receive a credit in the amount of Four Hundred Ninety-Five ($495.00) dollars to be used towards re-enrollment in the Revenue Cycle Operations Billing course or any of Hogans Consulting and Training classes.
